Privacy policy

Browsing
You can browse without an account. This site does not use advertising trackers. Cloudflare may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service under its own policy.
Contact forms and WhatsApp
Forms prepare a message on your device and open WhatsApp. They do not submit your enquiry to the site’s database. The message is sent only when you send it in WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy. We use information you send to answer and follow up on your request.
Listings and translations
Published property information and photographs are used to present available properties. Public listing text may be processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to prepare translations; private drafts and internal notes are excluded. Translations are stored on Cloudflare D1. Contact us to confirm details or current availability.
Language preference
Choosing a language saves your preference in your browser’s local storage. On a first direct visit to the homepage, the site may use your browser language. You can change your choice at any time.
Administration
The password-protected administration area stores property data in Cloudflare D1 and images in R2. Drafts and internal notes are kept out of the public site. Secure administrator sessions last up to 12 hours, and login attempts are rate limited. Visitors do not need an administrator session.
