Prepare your property for marketing
A practical checklist for organising a property’s facts, photographs and asking price before marketing it.
Gather the property’s information
Prepare the city, district, property type, area and asking price. Include the plan and plot number when relevant, and state known conditions or obligations clearly.
Prepare current photographs
Use clear, recent photographs of the actual property. Show its exterior and relevant spaces. Do not use photographs of another property or hide material details.
Review before publication
Check measurements, price and descriptive details. Separate internal negotiation notes from the public listing and provide the available advertising information to the broker.
